Fast service. Well cooked food. Clean seating area. Clean toilets. Chicken selects with barbecue sauce were delicious. Open 24 hours, so popular with Just Eat and Deliveroo orders.

I had a Big Mac meal from here delivered to me on 14 February. The Big Mac was lukewarm and the fries were cold! Today have had a really upset stomach. Not impressed, very disappointing. Will not be getting food from here again.

I often eat in this McDonald's. But not more after yesterday. This McDonald's has one so rude manager, Stefania.she is racist if you are from asian and african country. but not so with the natives

It's a McDonald's... all pretty much same.. but staff were friendly and helpful.. and service was really fast..

The staff at this branch of McDonald's need some serious customer service training. The staff were too busy gossiping, being on their mobiles, vaping outside and basically ignoring me as a paying customer who was waiting to be served whilst 5 staff were doing nothing. The manager/supervisor of this branch needs a wake up call!!!

It is a nice McDonald's. It is very easy to access as you drive into Straiton retail park you notice it. They have a drive-through, car parks and inside-outside seats. I regularly go to get a Big Mac. The place itself is nice and clean. The staff have treated us nicely. An item was missing from our order, I asked them and they provided that with no fuss.

Once again items missing every time we go there is a problem or food is cold.
This time told to go into bay and wait. Delivered food but no drinks or sauces that we asked for. Said to guy who brought food that did get drinks or sauces he brought drinks eventually but no sauces. We gave up and went home and realised Oreo ice cream missing. Phoned and told to get refund for ice cream next time we are there. Not happy.

I don't frequent these places very often, but, there's times when you just need some fried food.
Perfectly clean establishment, efficient service.
If you want some fries 🍟 or some nuggets. Look no further.

I ordered a mcdelivery from the Straiton McDonalds. The food did arrive on time however, it was cold and missing items. Now this is not the first time. I called McDonalds, the person on the phone took my name to get some free cheesy bites that was missing. I explained that the food is also cold. He said that we make the order up when they get it, it isn’t their fault if the driver doesn’t know up right away and the food is sitting out. 😱 we can’t even reheat it. Very poor service and quality. I ended up binning it all.
